Refund and Return Policy for La Paulos Resort

Overview

At La Paulos Resort, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase or booking, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or return, the item must remain unused, unredeemed, and in the same condition as when you received it. Certain items and fees are non-refundable, as outlined below.


Non-Refundable Items and Fees:

  • Non-refundable deposits for reservations
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Packages or offers marked as non-refundable during purchase
  • Perishable goods or personalized items purchased at the resort
  • Additional fees such as service charges, taxes, or third-party fees

Returns for Purchased Items

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required to process a return.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards or vouchers
    • Perishable items such as food or flowers
    • Personalized or customized products
  3. Return Process:

    • Ship the item to: {Physical Address}.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at thakurrohit9968@gmail.com or call 9009800809, 8882171431 within 48 hours of receipt.


Refunds for Reservations

  1. Standard Room Bookings:

    • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
  2. Group or Event Bookings:

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made 15–29 days before the scheduled date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. No-Shows:
    No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused reservations.


Processing Refunds

Once we receive your return or refund request:

  1. An email notification will be sent to confirm receipt.
  2. We will notify you of approval or rejection after inspection.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company as posting delays may occur.
  3. Consult your bank for potential processing delays.

Changes and Exchanges

  • Reservation changes are subject to availability. Contact us at least 48 hours before your check-in date.
  • If errors occur due to booking issues on our end, we will resolve them free of charge.

Gifts and Promotions

  • If your reservation or item was marked as a gift, refunds will be issued as a credit or voucher for future use at La Paulos Resort.
  • Refunds for promotional bookings or packages will follow the terms outlined during purchase.
